Home Access & Safety
I authorize Meoki Paws to enter my home for the scheduled in-home grooming session.
I agree to provide a clean, safe, and well-lit area with access to water and electricity.
I will ensure that other pets and household members do not interfere with the grooming process.
Meoki Paws is not responsible for damage to my home, furniture, flooring, plumbing, or electrical systems resulting from normal grooming procedures.

Pet Behavior & Handling
I confirm that my pet is up-to-date on rabies and required vaccinations and is healthy enough for grooming.
I have disclosed any behavioral issues (e.g., anxiety, aggression) that may affect the grooming session.
If my pet becomes aggressive or unmanageable, Meoki Paws reserves the right to stop the session. I agree to pay for services rendered up to that point.
I authorize the use of safe handling/restraint methods (e.g., muzzles, grooming loops) to ensure the safety of the groomer and my pet.

Grooming Risks & Health Considerations
I understand that grooming may reveal or aggravate pre-existing conditions, including skin irritations, parasites, or infections.
If my pet has a matted coat, I consent to shaving if necessary and acknowledge this may reveal hidden skin issues.
I understand that minor injuries such as nicks or scratches can occur, especially if my pet moves unexpectedly.
If fleas or ticks are found on my pet, I agree to pay an additional flea treatment fee.

Emergency Medical Consent
In the event of a medical emergency, Meoki Paws will attempt to contact me immediately.
If I cannot be reached, I authorize Meoki Paws to seek veterinary care at my expense.
I release Meoki Paws from liability for stress-related reactions or medical issues that arise during or after grooming.

Payment, Cancellations & Travel
Payment is due at the time of service via accepted methods.
I agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
If my location is outside Meoki Paws’ standard service area, I agree to pay any disclosed travel fees.

Liability Waiver & Indemnification
I release and hold harmless Meoki Paws and its representatives from liability for any injuries, stress, or health conditions that may result from grooming, including those due to pre-existing conditions.
I agree not to hold Meoki Paws responsible for any legal or veterinary expenses arising from the grooming service.

Photography & Marketing (Optional)
I give Meoki Paws permission to photograph my pet during grooming for use on social media or promotional materials.
