Service Agreement & Waiver

Health & Safety
I confirm that my pet(s) is/are up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick preventatives, and are in good health to participate in walks or be handled by Meoki Paws staff.
I will inform Meoki Paws of any health conditions, behavioral issues, or special needs.
I authorize Meoki Paws to seek emergency veterinary care if necessary and agree to reimburse all related expenses.

Liability Waiver
I release Meoki Paws and its staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to my pet(s) or property during scheduled services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I accept full responsibility for any damage caused by my pet(s) to persons, property, or other animals while under the care of Meoki Paws.

Home Access & Security
I grant Meoki Paws access to my home to perform pet care duties. I will provide accurate and working keys/codes.
Meoki Paws agrees to keep all keys, codes, and client information confidential and secure.

Cancellations & Emergencies
I agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Meoki Paws reserves the right to charge for late cancellations.
In the event of inclement weather, emergencies, or unsafe conditions, Meoki Paws may modify, postpone, or cancel scheduled visits.
